We are pleased to announce that Gel Coat Biomaterials, Inc. will be exhibiting at the “Japan Pavilion,” organized by the Japan External Trade Organization (JETRO), at the “BIO International Convention 2026”—one of the world’s largest biotechnology trade shows—to be held in San Diego, USA, from Monday, June 22, to Thursday, June 25, 2026.
The “BIO International Convention” is an international business matching event that brings together leading companies, research institutions, and investors in the biotechnology and life sciences fields from around the world.
As a startup spun out of the University of Tokyo, we specialize in interface control and surface modification, and we are building partnerships for new product development centered on our proprietary “biocompatible amoeba hydrogel technology.”
Our company is dedicated to solving major challenges in the biotechnology field that have long been difficult to address. We will be presenting our latest findings at this exhibition.
In San Diego, a global hub for life sciences and biotechnology, we will showcase our cutting-edge biomaterial technology and accelerate partnerships with overseas pharmaceutical companies, biotech firms, and research institutions for joint research and proof-of-concept trials.
